Designed as an integrated development, the building provides a well-balanced combination of residential and commercial functions to accommodate diverse urban needs, seamlessly blending living, business, and community-oriented spaces.
Currently, the I-956F project application has been approved, allowing investors to submit their petitions without waiting for regional center approval. The required documentation has been streamlined, significantly reducing overall review and preparation time and improving application efficiency.
